Co sprawdzić

Sprawdź podłączenie przewodów UVW silnika (brązowy U, czarny V, niebieski W). (1) Zmierz rezystancję międzyfazową UVW silnika; przy asymetrii wymień silnik. (2) Sprawdź, czy nie ma zwarcia między UVW a PE silnika; jeśli jest, wymień silnik. (3) Zmierz wyjście UVW serwonapędu multimetrem (tryb diody): czarna sonda na P+, czerwona kolejno na UVW; czerwona na P-, czarna kolejno na UVW. Jeśli któryś z sześciu spadków napięcia wynosi 0, wymień serwonapęd. Uruchom silnik bez obciążenia, aby wykluczyć problem po stronie mechaniki. Wydłuż czasy przyspieszania i hamowania. (1) Sprawdź lub wymień przewód enkodera. (2) Przełącz serwonapęd w stan BB i wyświetl U0-10; obracaj powoli wał ręcznie - w jedną stronę wartość ma rosnąć, w drugą maleć (zakres 0-9999).

Co zrobić

Wyłącz zasilanie, sprawdź przewody UVW i izolację silnika, a następnie przewód enkodera.

Check / solution
Check the UVW wiring of the motor; ensure proper phase connection (brown U, black V, blue W). / ① Measure the UVW phase-to-phase resistance of the motor to ensure balance; if any imbalance is detected, replace the motor. ② Check for a short circuit between the UVW and PE terminals of the motor; if present, replace the motor. ③ Measure the UVW output on the driver side using a multimeter (diode mode): connect the black probe to P+ and the red probe to measure UVW; connect the red probe to P-and the black probe to measure UVW. If any of the six voltage drop values is 0, replace the driver. / Run the motor with an empty shaft to identify any load issues / Increase acceleration and deceleration time / ① Check the encoder cable or / replace it; ② Set the servo driver to BB mode and position it at U0-10. Slowly rotate the motor shaft manually to verify normal value changes: one direction shows increasing values while the other shows decreasing values (displayed in a 0 – 9999 cycle range).
