DC setting is wrong. A value other than the following was set to bit 2-0 of 0981h (Activation) of the ESC register: bit2-0=000b; bit2-0=011b ESM state after alarm: PreOP ESC register AL Status Code:0030h
Check / solution
Check setting of DC mode. The servo alarm can be cleared by setting SM2013+20 * (N-1) or by servo panel F0-00=1.
