Co sprawdzić

(1) Sprawdź połączenie UVW zgodnie z kolejnością faz (brązowy U, czarny V, niebieski W). (2) Zmierz rezystancję faz UVW silnika - przy niesymetrii wymień silnik; sprawdź zwarcie UVW do PE - przy zwarciu wymień silnik; zmierz wyjście UVW napędu multimetrem (test diody): czarny P+, czerwony na UVW; czerwony P-, czarny na UVW - jeśli którakolwiek z 6 wartości wynosi 0, wymień napęd. (3) Uruchom silnik bez obciążenia, aby wykluczyć obciążenie. (4) Wydłuż czasy przyspieszania i hamowania. (5) Sprawdź lub wymień przewód enkodera; w stanie BB wyświetl U-10 i obracaj powoli wał ręcznie - wartość ma rosnąć w jednym kierunku i maleć w drugim (0-9999).

Check / solution
①Check UVW wiring, need to be in phase sequence (brown U, black V, blue W) ②Measure whether the UVW phase resistance of the motor is balanced. If the phase resistance is unbalanced, replace the motor. Measure whether there is short circuit between UVW and PE of the motor. If there is short circuit, replace the motor. Measure the driver side UVW output through multimeter (diode gear), black pen P+, red pen to measure UVW; red pen P-, black pen to measure UVW; if anyone is 0 in 6 groups of value, replace the driver. ③It is suggested that the motor should be operated on an empty shaft to eliminate the load problem. ④Increase Acceleration and Deceleration Time ⑤Check the encoder cable or change a new one. Set the servo driver to BB state and the driver to U-10. Rotate the motor shaft slowly by hand to see if the value of U-10 changes normally, increasing in one direction and decreasing in one direction (0-9999 cycle display).
